Project Management
Isthmus will always assign a Project Manager for each development/Testing project even thought there is a Project Manager assigned from the client side. The coordination approach that the team will use to interact with the team in the US is defined during the engagement process.
Isthmus follows the standards issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Architecture
We provide additional architecture services to complement the collective knowledge a customer is able to get once they hire an engineering team from Isthmus.
Our Software Architects are the most experienced engineers, responsible for most of estimations, technology monitoring and consulting manual for our engineers. They are involved in most of our projects since clients see the value on their solutions to their projects.
