IsThmus has begun the formal process to obtain the official certification on the norm ISO 9001:2000 with the objective to guarantee the fulfillment of the international quality standards. As part of these processes, areas such as Resource Management, Internal Communication and Quality Management have been fortified.
IsThmus has received support from the Pro-Software program and the training and technical advise from the Costa Rican firm CEGESTI whose engineering consultants are experts in this norm.
