Develop and implement their call center solutions to support the client’s business requirements. This consultant will be working on the project’s complete life cycle, following approved life-cycle methodologies, including requirements gathering, system design, development, QA, load testing, production, and deployment. Provides technical leadership and direction to other members of the team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Masters degree a plus.
Experience with HTML, ASP, JSP, and WebServices programming skills required.
5+ years of Java development experience. Experience with J2EE (highly prefer BEA WebLogisc, IBM WebSphere experience a plus), design and development within a J@EE frameworks.
Experience with scalability planning and load testing in a J2EE environment.
Full life cycle development experience, design/development/testing.
Ability to accurately perform and document detailed project analysis and estimations.
Experience in software development applications for call center is a plus.
