Member of CAPROSOFT board of directors where he presides over the financing commission. He is also a member of the PRO-SOFTWARE project board of directors, created by BID, CAPROSOFT, PROCOMER and FUDECAT to improve the Costa Rican software industry competitiveness. Before IsThmus Roy spent 10 years as CIO for two important financing private groups in Costa Rica. He has a Masters degree in Information Technology Management from the Universidad de Costa Rica and a Masters degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade from Texas A&M University.
